Pricing on the 2017 Hyundai Sonata Plug-in Hybrid will start at $35,435 which includes destination charges. The sedan will have all electric range of 27 miles, which should cover most US commuters daily needs without using the gasoline powered engine. It’s rated at 99 MPGe (when in full EV operation) and 39 MPG combined. With the 240 volt charger, it can be charged in under three hours. With regular 120 volt charging, it will be less than nine hours.
